Less than 3½ months after her first breast augmentation surgery, Sami Sheen is considering bigger breast implants.
Sheen shared a five-second clip of herself lip-syncing to the trending TikTok tune by Bette Midler, “All that work and what did it get me?,” on Friday, February 23.
She’s referring to the 350 cc Mentor breast implants she got less than 3½ months ago on Nov. 15.
“Spending almost 10k on a new rack just to wanna go bigger,” she writes in a text overlay.
Her caption asks that “someone talk me out of it.”

Sheen, an online content creator, is the 19-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.
Richards, 53, had hoped to talk her daughter out of the operation entirely, she said in a late October interview with Bustle.
“I’m trying to talk her out of it because—and the reason why I’m getting them out—is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” Richards said.
Sheen herself had taken to TikTok a month prior in September, saying the breast augmentation surgery would save her life—if only because it would force her to stop vaping.
“I think me getting my boobs done is honestly gonna save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this [vaping]. So, at least we have that,” Sheen said.
Eventually, Sami Sheen underwent surgery on November 15, 2023 with Dr. Michael R. Schwartz in Westlake Village, Calif., a journey she also shared in a series of images on TikTok, and on the surgeon’s social media profile.
“The surgeon I went to is Dr. Michael Schwartz in Westlake Village, California…. The size implants I got… in this one, I got 365 cc, and this one I got 345 cc.”

It’s that surgery she may wish to have revised now, to place even larger breast implants.
