A beloved Chilean influencer is feeling brand-new and better than ever after having her breast implants removed.
In four videos of her explant experience and early outcome—seen 9.978 million times in under a week—Bramty Juliette, 29, is bright, vibrant, and ‘feeling better than ever.’
Bramty had her breast implants removed on Wednesday, April 24, undergoing the procedure with Dr. David Rankin, a board-certified surgeon and explant specialist in Florida.
“How could I be living such a healthy, holistic, natural life with two foreign objects in my chest?,” Bramty writes in a caption.
Bramty says her body—her temple—was “fighting” the presence of two foreign objects in her chest, and giving her “signs to take them out by talking to me with symptoms.”
“The scar tissue that formed around my implants left me in shock. My body was fighting the implants for years and I had no idea how much it was taking away from me,” she shared.
Videos shared to social media by Bramty are set to audio tracks with messages of faith and God:
“God’s timing is perfect, and you are right where you need to be. Sometimes, we may feel impatient or uncertain about our current circumstances, wondering why things aren’t happening according to our plans. But God sees the bigger picture. In His infinite wisdom, God orchestrates every detail of our lives. He knows the right time for things to unfold, and He works all things together for our good, even when we can’t see it. He is at work behind the scenes, aligning circumstances, opening doors, and preparing us for what lies ahead.”
“There’s a twinkle in your eyes I hadn’t noticed before”
Viewers encouraged, praised and congratulated Bramty on her breast implant removal experience.

“You’re literally glowing 🥹 true joy radiating off you!,” viewer Gabriela Smith writes in another.
